Senior Portraits

If you are a fan of my Facebook page, then you have already seen these images. I'm posting these for those not on Facebook. Jenny and Shelley are two of my senior reps this year. Check out what awesome models they are!!!

The voting has ended and we have a winner.

Misses "F" won with the most votes! And her family gets a free 8x10!!! Congrats, she's a doll!!!

All the kids were winners though and it was such a pleasure photographing them!

"Where are my pictures?" you ask. The answer is on their way!! I will have half of the portrait party galleries online tonight and the other half online tomorrow.

Seniors, I'll get your photos online by Friday. Sorry for the delay, but with everyone wanting photo sessions, I've been playing some catch-up!!! Business is good!

Portrait Party Teasers

So, I could have kept going.... but I'm just posting four pictures from each family, or else I'll be here all night!

First up, Bella and Jonas! You've seen them before many times :) Including their mom's maternity session. Her maternity photo was the one chosen to be published in The Bump Magazine!

Next up, Mr. "J" - what a cutie. Can I tell you how much the camera LOVES this little man. Seriously, I could have kept going all day. He is a handsome guy!

Misses "L" was next. She's very a very special baby girl, and I was honored to photograph her. We didn't get a lot of time together, because like many 4-month-old's she was ready for her nap. Hopefully her parents will bring her back for her 6-month session (and we can make it earlier, so it doesn't interfere with her beauty sleep)

Finally, another VERY special family. Misses "F" and Mr. "S". Misses "F" was my little angel of the day. She is a special miracle. "F" was born with Trisomy 18, and she is defying the odds and becoming quite the little lady, I must say! And her brother "S" loves her very much and held her for a brother and sister portrait.

Little "B"

"B" came over on Thursday for Day One of my portrait party!! I had to remind his mom that while toddlers might be the most difficult to photograph (they are learning about their independence) the photos of them always come out great! You can just see this little man thinking! He was a pleasure to photograph! Enjoy!

I've Been Published!!

Do you remember Amanda's maternity photos? Well, someone from The Bump magazine contacted me about using a photo in their upcoming Boston issue. From the creators of The Knot, Bump Magazine is dedicated to all things pregnancy and baby!

Of course I was thrilled and said yes!

I am looking for high school Juniors to be my Senior Reps for the Class of 2010!!!


I would like to solidify my senior reps in the next 2-3 weeks, so apply now.

What is a senior rep you ask?
You will be a representative at your school for Tilley Photography. You will pass out cards with your own photos on them and get your classmates excited about senior portraits. I promise no stuffy fake backgrounds here – just fun custom senior sessions that you will WANT to show off. Also, you’ll keep an eye out for who you think will be a great rep from the Class of 2011!

What do I get?
You get two free sessions: one in the spring and one in the fall. The first session must be completed in June for your rep cards that you will be handing out. You’ll get free prints from each session, 50 senior contact cards (in addition to rep cards), and unlimited web images to share via Facebook and email. There will be prints, money, prizes and free goodies for referrals, including an iPod Touch for my top representative! Already have an iPod Touch? Then you’ll get an iTunes gift card worth $200. You also receive 50% off any other service or product with me during your rep program. I may also offer additional specials just for you throughout the year. Your images may be used on my website and in promotional materials, so your parents’ permission and signature is required.

Who is eligible?
High school students for the Class of 2010. You must be outgoing, full of energy, and involved in school activities. I will be accepting one or two seniors from each of the following schools (contact me if your school is not listed):

Long Beach High
Gulfport High
Biloxi High
Pass Christian High
Our Lady Academy
Harrison Central High
Bay Senior High

Do you provide yearbook photos?
It all depends. Most schools require you to use their contracted photographer. But the sittings with them are free and include the yearbook submission. I *DO* offer them and will also provide a free yearbook submission as well for students who prefer to use me for the yearbook submission. Check with your school for requirements. I have the standard yearbook backgrounds and senior drapings if this is required. Your shoots with me are on location and customized for you. Before or after the on-location shoot we will take the studio senior shot at my home studio.

Portrait Party, June 4th and 6th!

Details:

What this is not: stuffy portraits with fake backdrops
What this is: a fun portrait session capturing your little person being themselves

Where: My house, rain or shine! If it rains, we’ll do some stuff indoors.
When: June 4th, 5:00-7:00; and June 6th from 2:00-7:00 (you book a 30 minute time slot)
Investment: $45 per child or $80 for up to four siblings. (get individual pictures of each sibling as well as a group shot)

So, what’s a portrait party? It’s a mini portrait session with all the frills of a full portrait session. You get a password protected online gallery with 10-15 touched up images, two 5x7’s, 4x6 proofs of each image to keep, and four digital web files to share.* You will also get 30% off all prints and canvas wraps for a limited time after the portrait party.

Sibling sessions are one hour and include four 5x7’s, 4x6 proofs of each image and 6 digital web files.

One lucky person from the session will win a disk with all the high resolution images (print quality).

Tip: Make sure younger ones have been fed and have had naps. It makes a WORLD of difference.
