Meghan and Rich - December 6, Vermont

Meghan and Rich may have had a winter wonderland in mind when they chose to have their December wedding in Waitsfield, VT at the Round Barn Inn. The lawn was covered in snow, and the air was cold! What a picturesque winter wedding.

I was thrilled to have my colleague, Laurie McDonagh along to second shoot. And it was nice to have the company for the three hour drive.

Meghan was so fun, and her dress was absolutely stunning! She was a beautiful bride who paid great attention to detail. From her welcome baskets to her shoes. A girl after my own heart.

Comments for Cans!

I got a great idea from some collegues of mine, MKD Photography. And I decided to borrow the idea.

What a great way to help out people in need. And in these economic times, there are a lot of people in need.

So here's how it works. You can leave a comment anywhere on my blog. Scroll through past posts and post under your favorite set of wedding or portrait images. Tell me what you like (or don't like) about them. For each comment we recieve between now and Friday, December 12th, we'll donate a can to the local food bank. And if we reach 50 comments by 5pm on Friday, we'll DOUBLE the amount of cans we donate!

Lukas, 7 months old

Well, what can I say? Lukas is one of the cutest little boys I've ever seen. He and Tilley have been good friends since Tilley was just 6 days old! His mom, Lisa, and I both attended the mother's group at the Wellesley Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. I was smitten with him from the beginning with that hair of his!! So I was just thrilled to take pictures of Lukas and his family. We decided to meet at the beautiful Larz Anderson Park in Brookline.

Warning: 7 month olds like to put anything and everything in their mouths! And this day, Lukas was very fond of the leaves! And so in his mouth they went.


MMMMm mmmm, those leaves must taste very good!

Amy and Chris

Have you ever met someone so fun and cool and thought "I'd like to be friends with them"? That's how Amy and Chris will make you feel. They are so much fun and so energetic. They were married at the Easton Country Club on a wonderful fall day. It was a wonderful day and such a pleasure to be a part of it.



Right before the ceremony, Chris gave Amy this beautiful ring.













Amy chose the fall because she loves the fall colors, so we had to walk over to this one beautiful tree to take some pictures.

I think we had to break a few golf course rules in order to get these shots, but it was worth the risk!










These guys were having a good time on the dance floor.


Chris celebrated for a moment by smoking a cigar with his friends.
